This was the last thing he thought he would have to deal with today. He was hoping just to catch more pokemon today but clearly, that wasn’t going to happen. As a trainer who has a passion for houndour and houndooms, the sight of a possible wild one here was a dream. How was he suppose to know it wasn’t wild? He had been tracking it for a while now and suddenly, its trainer popped out of no where. Like really? Either way, the man continued to apologize and back away. He didn’t want to fight the woman.
Luckily, someone else stepped in. Maverick only continued to remain silent as this stranger defended him and yelled back at the woman. And apparently, the woman didn’t really care. She huffed and waved her hand in the air. “How could you defend such a man,” she huffed, roller her blue eyes before turning her back to them, “Whatever. Just get him out of my sight. He is trash.” With that, the woman motioned with a nod for her puppy to follow and they two left the scene.
Warm gaze flickered to the blonde haired woman, relief washed over his face. “I thought for sure she was going to punch me,” he chuckled lightly as he approached the woman, hand extended to exchange a hand shake, “the name is Maverick by the way. The hell hound is Azula.” The massive six foot seven hellhound stood proudly by his side. “Thanks for your help. I really didn’t know it wasn’t a wild houndour. It didn’t have a collar or anything and I have been watching it for several hours.”
